Hello:

I have a Cyclone IV Transceiver Starter Kit for sale.

It is in the original package, opened but practically unused. It includes mains adapter, data cables and software.

It has a programmer on board, so it do not needs any external programmer.
You can program it also with an included web application.

Because I will be working with microcontrollers, so FPGAs are not an option now.
