A new Byte magazine cover re-creation
« on: April 22, 2019, 02:31:48 pm »
Hi,

As some of you may recall, I make photographic re-creations of Robert Tinney's Byte magazine covers and sell them at ByteCovers.com. These are not photos of Byte covers; they are photos of real objects composited together to re-create the images Tinney painted, as if those scenes really existed.  I have contacted Mr. Tinney and he gave me permission to sell these prints. I'm releasing a new image today, and I have other news as well.

First, the new image is "Number Crunching" and it joins my previous images, "Computer Engineering" and "Chip Building":

Second, I'm now offering quantity discounts. Buy two or more of any prints, any sizes, and you'll get 15% off at checkout.

Third, you can now order metal prints. These are printed on rigid aluminum. Although they're a little more expensive, they do not require any frames. They come with mounting hardware attached, ready to hang on your wall.

Finally, in case you missed it, here's Dave Jones opening his Byte cover re-creations: https://youtu.be/Z4qVzeZfNAE?t=14
