Since this deal is gone, Amazon has them for about $42 with fast shipping. Is this worth it? I want to measure AC amps from 200 ma to 2 a. I would not use this for anything else. I would like accurate low AC amps and I am willing to pay more (a little) for accuracy.
thanks

I don't see the point of buying it if you don't need the DC clamp function.

I use cheap Harbor Freight meters (or Aliexpress) for DC currents. Sometimes I am too lazy to hook up a Kill-A-Watt (some plugs are hard to get to) to measure the watts (via currents).
But I have a question: can this measure DC current in a cable that has 2 or 2 with a shield. Like a USB cable? I would like this.
thanks

No but you can buy a reasonably accurate device to measure current in a (plugged in to it inline) USB device for very little. Ive seen some for as little as $5.
You have to run just one leg of the DC current through the UT-210e.

I'm not sure what my tracking# is trying to tell me but it looks like it bounces around a lot. This is what I get when clicking the tracking# on eBay, every other way doesn't tell me anything:

The tracking number I was sent currently tracks as:
"September 23, 2017, 9:52 am In Transit to Destination On its way to GILBERT, AZ 85298"
Since I don't live in Arizona, it does seem bogus. At least I won't have to wait much longer to find out for sure.
ETA: First negative feedback posted (not by me): "Sent my item to the wrong address"

I think this is the latest scam. A few weeks ago I received a very small empty envelope from China with tracking. It was not addressed to me, but had my house number and road. I think the rest or the address was also random lines from real addresses. I was not expecting anything so just binned it.
A few years ago I ordered a projector screen from China. Full tracking etc. What arrived was an envelope with a few glass beads. Judging from the feedback, I was not the only one. Got a full refund from eBay. Yes, the seller had years of good feedback, originally sold beads and other small trinkets but had branched to more expensive items the month before.

I've had that - stuff never turn up but an envelope with a dozen small whiteboard magnets in?? What annoys me is that when I opened a case against the seller I eventually received a refund but was then not able to leave any feeback to warn others. You lose that opportunity when you open the case..

That doesn't look good..
Likelihood of scam looks pretty high now.

Absolutely.
It's a delaying tactic - getting you to wait ... and wait ... and wait for your product to turn up.
Once you leave the matter too long, the window to file a claim against the seller closes - and they will abandon you completely. If you leave it way too long, your ability to leave feedback can also disappear.
Your money is gone and your ability to warn is gone. Just be aware.
I have a standard action plan for anything that is getting on the nose....
- A week before the window closes, I will contact the seller, tell them I haven't received the item and advise them that if it doesn't turn up in the next few days, I will be raising an "Item Not Received" case. I also inform them that this is only to protect my position.
- A day or two before the window closes I will raise that case. (I always leave this gap to make sure I don't get caught by timezone differences.) In that case, I advise that I will not raise it to a claim until the end of the claim period, to allow for an item that has been genuinely delayed.
- If no item is received as this period draws to a close, I will raise the case to a claim - and I will inform the seller that if the item arrives after wards, I will advise them and we can work out how I can repay for the item.
In most cases, once the case has been opened, the seller simply refunds on the spot - and, strangely enough - the item never turns up.
There was one case, however, where I bought two monitor power supplies from a business in the USA and I received a box with only one in it. I contacted the seller and they informed me that they had sent two separate boxes. After some weeks, the second had not appeared, so I contacted them and after some back-and-forth, they sent me a replacement. (I believe their reluctance was because they felt I was trying to rip them off.) The replacement unit arrived at around the expected timeframe and I had forgotten about the missing one. That was until it turned up about a month after that. The thing had taken more than 3 months to get to me - where the other two had taken less than 2 weeks. I contacted the seller and payment was arranged and made, since the cost of sending it back made it more valuable as a spare.
Yes, sometimes, there is a genuine issue with the post - but taking a reasonable stand can protect yourself while giving the seller every chance.

It's a matter of "It seems too good to be true ... but if it is, I wan't a piece of the action."
Using eBay to find out is not a big risk - if you understand Buyer Protection. In short, if you use PayPal and follow the guidelines, getting your money back isn't hard.
It hasn't been two weeks yet ... but I think the expectation is that product will not be delivered.

I bought something once from TomTop and have the devil of a job dealing with their spam. The unsubscribe link in the spam doesn't work, they ignore emails, and they use typical spammer-type tricks. In amongst all the spam there might be something relevant to the item I bought, but since I'm never going to go near them again.
