Purchased this a while and had intentions of repairing and selling but health won’t allow so all gear being sold.
Comes with documentation/ schematics to assist in repair.
If I had to guess it’s a low voltage power rail issue from a capacitor.

you have the display problem too, related to the 555 oscillator on the front pcb,  there was some repairs about that issue    changed the osc frequency  if i recall

in theses you have at least 26 trimpots,  you can check almost half or a little more with an dmm, before needing the right parts to do capacitance inductance calibrations

all repairs, SV manuals, calibrations procedures  etc .. can be found on the web,  bama archive and Ko4bb website
