The age old problem - where the heck are you, please modify your profile. [people need this so they can get some idea of shipping costs and associated taxes)

Likely the US of A, from the 115V plugtops there. Clearer pictures as well will help, it is hard to see what is a grey metal cylinder in a pink shrinkseal package with blurred description.......
