This is another Micalfil coil winding machine that has been knocked around a bit, but it decided to work for me!  No guarantee if it is working correctly, only that, right now, parts move and it doesn't look too bad.

After a couple of attempts, somehow I was also able to get it to stop automatically at 2500, which was pre-set on one of the sets of thumbswitches.
