Are you sure it fits the S350? It doesn't have a place to solder it like the S200.

some of S350 may not exist the OCXO option, but, some of them have, check the data sheet please:

I don't think my s350 has the option to connect OCXO.

yes, you have no, but you can connect Rubidium unit.
