SOLD: Toellner 8722 2x36V, 1A laboratory power supply

A simple dual voltage source, but with excellent data, which is not easy to find elsewhere:

Ripple indicated 200µV, measured 50µV
Settling time 50µs

The unit is visually and technically in good condition.

VB 195€ + shipping

Return and warranty excluded.

It has been some time ago since I measured the unit. To be sure, I have just done it again:

20V 1A: 57µVrms
36V 1A: 70µVrms

measured in the 100mV ACV range of the Keithley DMM6500.

1A is max current, 36V max voltage.

That's impressive! Did you use any amplifier or you just connected directly to DMM6500?

If these numbers are correct, it's well within the data sheet specs. The manual states "Residual ripple Vpp: 0.2 mV".

I tested the DMM6500 against a Datron 4200 AC calibrator and selected the lowest possible output voltage of 90µV. The DMM6500 displays 98µV. Even though the measurement is not super accurate, the order of magnitude of the measured ripple is correct.

It seems to be a good machine, service documentation is available on "elektrotanya". Residual ripple Vpp 0.2mV, meets with margin. rms 0.098mV = Vpp 0.139mV
