Customer return, no lights come on and it doesn't draw any current when 12V is applied to it.

Expensive thing seems nicely made if you look through the ventilation slots. Proper sinewave output when it works!

I know you lot like fixing things, I haven't even opened this up to look inside so might be a nice simple repair like a fuse!

I will bet a blown internal 40A fuse and a very shorted protection diode.
