FS (US only) Tektronix THS720A (P) portable oscilloscope

For sale:  My THS720A scope meter.  This has been upgraded to a "P" variant, has a perfect display, very low hours so the backlight is still nice and bright (for this era).  Included are the Tek probes, original power supply, a near new battery that holds a good charge, Manuals, software AND the hard to find serial cable.
I also modded this unit to take rechargeable "C" batteries as well as the stick battery. 

Perfect working order, with carry case.  Asking $300.  Just turn it on and use it.  Not an ebay problem unit.
I just no longer need or use it, retiring in 5 months now.  Time for someone else to put this to good use.

Yes!  And I have done ALL the hacks.  I originally intended to keep this scope, buuuut... 5 months to retire and I decided I'm done with this.  Techs really don't make money any more. 
Why keep too much gear, I currently have 14 scopes!!!!   
I think 2 or 3 will do me fine!

Based on my buying experience, an EE retiring selling his devices is THE best case for us buyers!

You can bet your A$$ those device are polished, clean and all the known defects are clearly declared.
Also with so much experience, it is very unlikely to find an abused/misused device.
