FS Agilent 66332A measurement DC source and HP3488A switch
« on: June 25, 2025, 02:54:47 pm »
Up for sale are this four instruments from HP-Agilent.

The 3457A 6.5/7.5 digit multimeter doesn't have any serious blemish on the outside. All is in good shape.

Both 66332A has the 760 option, and one of the units have the 020 option. The other have been modded adding banana binding post on the front panel. All the Rifa caps has been replaced for new ones. They can be used as 4 quadrant 20V / 5A SMUs but the cross zero is not the cleanest with the 760 relay option. For that, the app note 5990-3949 talks about using two units. That's why I have this two units.

The 3488A switch/control unit includes one 44470A Relay multiplexer card, two 44474A Digital I/O cards and one 44477A Form C relay card. I'm including also a 44471A General purpose card without the connector assembly.

I'm asking 250€ plus shipping for the 3457A with the 44491A relay multiplexer board installed, and 200€ without it. (Sold on eBay)
For the 66332A, I'm asking 250€ plus shipping for each unit, and 100€ for the 3488A.

I've attached the datasheets to the post, and here are some photos of the instruments:
