Jim Williams didn't use a PCB for good reasons, discussed in AN47. Also the parts have to be selected, well the transistor does, and this doesn't lend itself to economic kit production. If you do find one I'd be suspicious it was any good.

You might try PM-ing user free_electron. He did a design years ago and sold through a group order here on the forum. He might have a spare board laying around. Incidentally he used to be a fellow countryman of yours years ago.
