LFS: Peltier plate with high junctions.

I'm looking for a small quantity (5 or so) square unsealed peltier plates (AKA TEC's) that are 15mm^2 to 8mm^2.
The cheap ones I've found on ebay are sealed and have a junction every 4 square mm. I need around one junction per a square mm. (The more junctions the higher the voltage rating of the peltier plate)

This is application specific, I am using these for a laser power meter. Higher junctions = higher voltage = more power that gets transferred from the laser to the TEC as voltage.

Also, if anyone knows where I could get these custom made with black surfaces, or where I can find thin pieces of black ceramic that would be much appreciated.
