google turns up nothing
your diode array, pricey:  http://store.americanmicrosemiconductor.com/fsa2501p.html
For the resistor networlk, just buy 8R isolated 2% resistor array, and snip off 2 leads, ugly, but it will work. OR EBAY
mc14536, smt only: http://www.mouser.com/Search/Refine.aspx?Keyword=MC14536
contact the manuf, custom part on the last section :  http://www.mouser.com/catalog/specsheets/157-23C200.pdf
If you own any North Hills Electronics gear, message me. L&N Fan

Thank you very much, Vgkid,

I've ordered (a week ago) some of that components from aliexpress, hoping I won't get some very new IC's marked with what I need... but the processing time was extended and still got no answer. So I'm still searching the TPP4000.
From octopart stocking sites I got no answer.
For the MC14536 timer I found a TI replacement CD4536BE, but I'll have to try it.
The AMS link from you, for the diode array, seem to be the best solution till now, even if their shipping costs are monstrous (I'm in EU).
I also used your TE/CII suggestion and I'm talking to their support now.
Thanks again for your time.
