Motorola XC68360FE25B CPU, QFP

I have 9 trays of XC68360FE25B Motorola CPU, QFP.  Potentially over 150 chips, but I have not broken down the stack and counted them.

These are about 30 years old. Do they have any value other than a collectors item?
