R&S RTB2000 Demo Sale

Hi Folks,

Just FYI - if anyone is looking for a deal on a Rohde & Schwarz RTB2000 scope, our partners in North America are selling off our initial round of demos.  These are factory refurbished by R&S, warrantied and about 50% off in price.  In general, most of them are 100MHz, 4ch units with carrying cases and front panel covers.  Here's an example at Newark for $1,483:

Not quite the deal of the original Launch Edition, but might be a good fit for some people.

Specifically which options do such units ship with? Does this include the ARB generator and logic analyser? The software options?

This sounds like a compelling option for me, who missed the launch offer entirely but really doesn't have the resources to drop $4k on an oscilloscope.

I would say it is exactly what you would get for $2080 as item# 11AC0569 PLUS 100 Mhz and soft case and cover.
Thus with $1480 you will save $600 and get the 100 Mhz, the cover and the case as a bonus.... but no options!
Then add RTB-B1 for $770 and RTB-PK1 for $1260
and if needed (RTB-B243) another $1900 for the 300 Mhz option (maybe you can get this for $315 less -thus $1585- as your scope already comes with 100 Mhz)

I have some of these scopes in the UK (70MHz and 100MHz 4 channel versions). A couple have the software option bundle included, all have the MSO license installed but I only have 2 x 8 bit MSO pods, all boxed and with 4x300MHz probes. I can ship direct to Switzerland...
