was in process to upgrade one of my customer product whit newer version
so have couple of used pcb that contain several nice chip on it

Atmega2560
ATmega640
GHI Ulfat + MAX3421EEHJ 
MAX3243 (may removed on some board)
AT45DB161D
and several other stuff 
if what to make back in service i may supply schematic

right now i have 26 + (22 next week) board ,but more to come (max 250-300)

if some one interested i think 25$/each may good start

remplace 4 CPU by a single STM32F4   and cut bom cost by near 3/4

Good start to try and get rich?

ATMEGA2560 $10.50
ATmega640 $7
MAX4321E  $0.72
AT45DB161 $1.10

Total $19.32

50% rule for second-hand goods = $9.66, say $10

Even then, they all have to be unsoldered and cleaned up with solder braid.
Then the MCUs need to be erased and their fuse bits reset.
$5 seems more reasonable, but maybe that's just me being cheap.

tell me were you buy your part 

digi-key was 18$ only for The Mega2560
Mega64  13.79$
saelig was 15.76$ for ulfat + UPS shipping
MAX3421E  was 14.5700$  (sorry make typo on first post PN)
and so on ..

so sorry i build that board since several year and batch of 12 cost near 1300$ in part

ok i remove the MAX3160CAP and the LM22670MRE-5.0CT-ND

but that my last order for make 12 on that board .. (missing on that Ulfat and AT45DB161D )

I was listing the reel prices from digikey.

ok, fair enough, there's other good stuff there too.

But i dont think you're going to sell many for $25 each, not enough to move 250-300 anyway.

if some one take all  10$ may good 

but if sell it one by one 25$ may better was lazy to go several time to post office ;-0

and think it a crime to trash it  ,since i may reuse for something else (ardunino mega ?? )
the design work good it bad software that plagued that version and high bom cost

have jtag pad on back of the board and chip was not locked
and the Mega2560 may program via bootloader  just rename .hex into DIGILOAD.FRM and put usb flash drive and power-up ..  all 4 uart was accessible on both Atmega chip
