Where-To-Buy cheap 12 compartment anti static kitting trays
« on: February 06, 2015, 10:57:40 pm »
Anyone know a good place to buy more of theses trays?

I have found a few USA websites which sell them for ~US$23 each but then want US$180 for intl shipping.

There must be a place in china that sells them for ~$4 each with ~$20 shipping but i cant seem to find any.

It has to be around the same size as my ones, ~35x25cm /  ~14x10"  and 10-14 compartments.

Mektronics have a few of the Fancort ones listed but not cheap.  Will be interested to see what you find.

A quick search on taobao suggests that maybe the much larger trays are more popular in China, that and trays specifically designed for holding movbile phone parts.

These were the closest to general purpose trays I found,

12 bin:

both are somewhat larger and appear shallower that yours.

What about getting the ones from the US using Youshop (nz post forwarding service), but depending on the volume of the packing it may or may not be expensive :/
