WTB: (EU) Digital oscilloscope, power supply, functional generator, voltmeters

Hello.

Together with my brother, we would like to buy a quality digital oscilloscope, as well as a power supply and a functional generator (as well as quality voltmeters) at a good price.  Wouldn't someone sell these devices at a decent price (we're students)?  We would like to use these devices during our doctoral studies, during which they are very important to us.  We are from the EU.
