WTB: Electronics services

Hey guys! Just discovered this forum. I've been looking for electronics services lately. I'm very new to electronics in general and I have projects that I often want to incorporate electronics in but don't have the time to learn or figure out the parts I need or how to wire them together.

I'm wondering if there are companies or individuals that can take a request and give parts lists or wairing diagrams based on the request? One day I'll invest some time in actually learning this stuff, but in the meantime it would be awesome to have a resource I could pay to help out with projects when my knowledge hits its limit.

Let me know if this sort of service exists!

You may want to add a bit more detail. Like your location If you are planning to build an iPhone or have a few LEDs go on/off. Who you are, what your background is etc etc...

As @Ice-Tea mentioned, we have not the slightest clue whether you are talking about one-off hobby "projects" or commercial devices (large- or small-scale).   

Remember that forums (especially like this EEVblog Forum) are a gold-mine of information, quite possibly exactly what you are asking for.  Remember also that many circuit stages are available as small, board-level modules that save you the time, effort, and expense of designing and building for yourself.
