WTB: IET/ESI SR104 10K standard resistor (EU)

New calibrated at IET is around 6000 USD / 5000 EUR.

I'm willing to pay 4000 USD for US based used item shipped (DTP!) to Poland, Europe. Paid by PayPal (not friend to friend!).

Would prefer item in EU, I would pick it up in person obviously, in such case 5000 EUR is acceptable for EU-based certified calibrated unit. Paid in cash.
