WTD: TTL logic chips and 80s CPUS
« on: December 10, 2013, 01:44:01 pm »
Hello all,
Does anybody have any old stock TTL chips in large enough quantity to justify the effort of posting? I have a few logic boards from the 70s and I could do with  having some spares.

Anyone?

Cash waiting..
Looking for Fluke 9100ft and associated pods (9000a-z80, 9000a-6502, 9000a-68000)

What TTL chips do you need?  I have a bunch around, in multiple families, mainly F and LS.

If you are looking for really old school TTL, I have an assortment of around 50 original 7400 series chips.

Plus some 80s CPUs  - a couple of 6502s, an 8031 and an 8086-2.

Also various support ICs (6522, 6821, 8155, 8255) and numerous RAM and EPROM chips.

I have a heap of those (IIRC mostly LS and some F) which I pulled from all kinds of scrap boards. At least half a kilo maybe more.
There are small lies, big lies and then there is what is on the screen of your oscilloscope.
