[CZ] HDO / Ripple controll explained?

Hi All,

I live in CZ (expat), and I see on my electricity bill HDO, and then there are some signals named .

For each signal there is apparently a tariff schedule setup (?). But I have not a clue what these signals mean, is there anyone who understand this and can explain a little bit? :-)
