build a digital PSU for under 20$, is this a good idea?

Hi  guys:
    I`m working on a project DIYing low cost PSU, basic idea is to rewire EBike charger,In China,we can get a EBike charger costing less than 1$.
      PSU Spec:
       1. Ouput voltage range: 0~60V, 0~80V, 0~100V, (different EBike charger, 0~60V from 48V battery, 0~80V from 72V battery, 0~100V from 96V battery)
       2. Voltage accuracy: ±0.1V. ripple: ±100mVPP
       3. Output current range: 0~5A, 0~10A.(power limit:120W~280W)
       4. current accuracy:±10mA
       5. CV/CC mode.
       6. Short protection, feedback open detection, power limit function.
       7. USB interface, SCPI compatible, matlab,python,c# friendly interface。
       8. WIFI/Bluetooth interface。
       9. OTA upgrade, front panel SWD interface。
       10. firmware,software,3D step structure design are free to download.
       11. calibration support.
   The project design is 90% finished, main parts are below:
       1. charger : 1$
       2. MCU controller PCBA: 10$
       3. Power controller PCBA: 6$
       4. wire,connector etc. : 2$
       5. box: 1$
   I want to hear from you if this project is profitable. Any design suggestions are greatly appreciated!

 Power controller is UC38xx series, MCU is GD32F303,  LCD is ST7789 2.8' TFTLCD.

mm  you removed the optocoupler on the charger board ?  and put your connections ..

is there some connections schematics  etc ... will you share the design  or sell boards to do your projects ?


i would be curious on how it handle loads, capacitives indictives, shorts   heat ...  all questions eevblog members may ask  loll

what we see on the computer is some web interface as you wrote / explained it ?

I designed 2 kinds of case, one is full 3D printable, another is universal-mold box with front/back panel 3D printing.

 project consists of 2 PCBA, MCU board and power board. all parts are easy to find.

 LCD UI picture,there are Chinese characters in it, easy to change language based on request.
