Welcome, JBaughb.

You may not have noticed that there is a thread for introductions here. It's a 'sticky' topic in the General Chat section.
There's another for showing off your workbench here.

No, 'Z' is not pronounced 'zee'. Not in Australia, and not in the United Kingdom. How you pronounce it in the States is up to you  :)
The very international membership here can get quite excited about perceived cultural imperialism  :box:

If the zed thing drives you crazy, just wait till you hear the "foreigners" pronounce the silent L in solder.  :)

And welcome ... and nice setup.

And don't forget adding a Z sound to chassis. Why can't these "foreigners" speak 'Mercin English damnit!  :box:

Yes nice lab setup. Welcome.

Who does that?  :o

I don't think I've ever heard a pronunciation other than "shassy".

Dave says "shazzy" .  So both sh and z sounds where they don't belong!  At least he does't pronounce the silent s on the end. :phew:

"shazzis" ha!  I love it.  I'm going to start using that one.
