On Xitter, over 18 milions of accounts were created in one year from Poland, totalling at 23M (just 2M less than 18-65 population).
More than India has.

Currently there is also another "gate" on wykop (ignore the "2.0", there was more)
https://wykop.pl/link/7873325/wykopgate-2-0-prawie-milion-kont-widmo-powstalo-na-wykopie-w-latach-2024-2025in short:
- "userbase" doubled from 1M to 2M within last 2 years
- no activity other than initially following random tags
- most are named as "name-surname" which is likely an import from facebook (importing from facebook bypasses verification by phone number)
- A lot of users reported that their (or their friends/coworkers/family) names are present there. (it is suspected that they come from a database leaks, e.g. morele.net)
- One user reported that his wife is listed under maiden name but not a new one, so the database(s) must be at least 2 years old
- common suspicion is that it is for frauding advertisors (because, you know, advertisors really like to pay to advertise in communities with big userbase)
Administration's damage control went as usual.
Gaslighting and banning.
More analysis of daily created accounts:

- pattern follows the daily cycles (could be intentional, to not make it too obvious)
- excluding anomalies during certain events, derivative went up in recent years
Political trolling is obvious, but the volume suggest only one thing: AI spambots are coming.
In this way they can achieve "reddit hivemind consensus" without the need for actual echo-chambering by moderators (no matter of the agenda)
Another possibility is that those accounts will start to mass post AI slop, so that the governments "will have to take an action".
Especially when consdering the impersonating factor.
We alredy had
one suspicious user, on this forum, who was "only using chatGPT for translation" (instead of going typical way of google translate where mods know what to do when someone else goes against the language impurities)
Do you remember how many pages of off topic it generated?
Also, here is how those bots can operate (/pol/tards had it easier as it was run with multiple blatant giveaways):
Do you have similar observations?
