I happened to hit a 404 page on LTs website and i got a pretty good chuckle out of it.
I think we all know how it is when you know you had that part you need but can't find it in the pile.
Also i think a lot will know who the desk in the photo belongs to, or at least used to belong to.
Maybe Jim Williams?
Correct. For some reason, people have a fascination with this desk.
I'm not so happy about this, you get a 404 for clicking for on "signal conditioning/amplifiers" on their page. I guess Analog Devices decided to flipperyflock up a perfectly working website.
Correct. For some reason, people have a fascination with this desk.
It’s a piece of history. Same as people line up to look at the Queens sparkly hat.
Actually now that i tried clicking about it seams that half of the whole website is broken.
Is AD in the process of throwing it out and integrating the products in there site?
That would be ugly. The AD site sucks big time! A modern heap of almost useless animated color swirling resource hungry crap. Same as the ST's website and tools.
Graylog has a pretty awesome 404 page, too.
It's always fun to make humorous 404 pages.
During the Federal election here in Canada the party web sites were pretty funny about it. The conservative ads always said that Justin Trudeau is "just not ready". That was their theme. So when you got a 404 page on their site it said "This page is is Just Not Ready, like Justin Trudeau". Don't recall what the others had, but they all poked fun at the other parties.
This one I made is OLD, I suppose I should change it:
http://www.iceteks.com/404I need to update that site one day actually. There's some weird encoding issue and lot of characters show up as diamonds, super annoying.
