PC base reflow / temperature profile software

Hi, I have purchased a ATTEN ST-7500 preheater (https://eleshop.eu/atten-st-7500-preheater.html) . The device is temperature controlled and has basic profiles and thermocouple inputs.
There is Atten software to monitor it but it does not appear to have any profile functions. The device itself is RS485 and the serial commands are even shown in the Atten software.

I am trying to find existing open source reflow software to design, monitor and hopefully send a temperature command at each change. I don't expect it to know about the Atten but I hopefully sort that bit.

So, has anyone seen opensource pc based software to profile / monitor reflow / heaters?
