You do not want to meet the FPB here, a true example of the iron law.

allegedly in the past many games have been knocked back for being too violent for the MA15+ rating, then the publisher has submitted it again completely unchanged and it has passed...

Australia gains its first ever ‘adult’ game
http://arstechnica.com/gaming/2013/01/australia-gains-its-first-ever-adult-game/

It never stopped anyone (legally) importing, owning, or playing them.
You just could not sell them here before.
But the people won, and the government had to back down and make the category.

And I thought the first adult game was chasing Matilda around a billabong, or for daring do, 8) the Snake Valley "eastern brown hopscotch game."

personally I'd ban these games. The "adult" population is getting ever younger in mental age and children never do grow up so by the time they hit 18 they still have the maturity of 10 year olds and struggle to see the difference between reality around them and reality in their own minds. Are we forgetting the recent shootings in america ? here in the UK I would love to see the police farce armed making them into a police force once again. but people do not need guns and we don't need violence to be entertained. Running around with plastic guns shouting "bang" is one thing but these games take it to a new level and some people can't handle it.

Quote
The children now love luxury; they have bad manners, contempt for authority; they show disrespect for elders and love chatter in place of exercise. Children are now tyrants, not the servants of their households. They no longer rise when elders enter the room. They contradict their parents, chatter before company, gobble up dainties at the table, cross their legs, and tyrannize their teachers.
