i like build old computers and playing around with older computer stuff

but i want to know the specs for this video card but can't find any info can somebody plz help

Just in case you're thinking of buying the card: as the fan connector J4 is populated, it could be that there was a fan sitting on the heatsink before that someone removed. If you buy the card, I suggest you check the heatsink for self-tapping screw marks.

Those cards were sold with both passive cooling and active cooling, some card manufacturers would just use a single PCB between the two models and as such would have a fan headed just sitting there doing nothing on the passive cards.
