This is an interesting filter structure, and apparently not well optimized, but it does show an example of AI creative thinking.  Or, perhaps an example of the million monkeys at work with their typewriters.
As for AI designing RF filters, that's of course practical right now.  I just had Claude design a 500 MHz comb bandpass filter on FR4, along with analysis and caveats.  It took about three minutes.

But sometimes my own design process seems like me being a single monkey...
We'll search out every place a sick, twisted, solitary misfit might run to! -- I'll start with Radio Shack.
