You're right. That model does turn beige after a while, especially the power button.

My fellow EEVBlog members,

I have been blessed with a great scope today, but let us not forget that we are still citizens of this great hobby. We must use this opportunity to better ourselves and our community.

As Sir Winston Churchill once said, "We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give." Let us use our newfound scope to help those around us who are less skilled. Let us invest in PCBs, test equipment, and other nerdy items that will make our workbench more cluttered.

Today, I celebrate this victory, but tomorrow I must begin the work of building a brighter future with ARGB LED gee-gaws for our kids and those around us.

Edit to add: I didn't win (at least not yet), but I wanted to have a little fun with my one post in the thread.
