Ingredients:
1 cm³ sliced butter (±1cm³)
4 tsp Olive oil
1/2 tomato
1/4 white onion
4 eggs
1/4 tsp Tumeric
1 tsp Dried basil
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp Chili flakes
1/2 tsp Paprika
2 slices of cheese
4 tsp cream cheese

1. Chop white onion to small pieces
2. Put the olive oil + butter in a pan
3. Add the chopped onion and fry it until golden
In the meantime, chop the tomato into small pieces and add them to the pan.
4. Add the cracked eggs and mix them together and make sure to keep mixing every few seconds to prevent them from sticking to the pan.. You can add more olive oil.
5. Add the spices
6. Add the sliced cheese and mix them until melted.
7. Add the cream cheese and mix
8. At last.. Put cherry tomatoes and fresh basil for the final touch and enjoy your breakfast with a hot Persian bread.
