Someone's going to get a big electricity bill if we have to rely on "plugging" into the ground!

I can really see the governments going for free energy on the roads when they could charge for such privilege, not to mention the"ease" of storing all of this solar energy.

How feasible are the actual principles behind this then? I mean, assuming infinite resources and money, would this work on a small scale at least? I understand wireless power distribution as we know it today, but would this work at all?

Well they make about 10% profit from all the raised funds, the better the scam the more money they get.

Today's (31st August) Sunday Telegraph Business Reporter section had an article on this with pictures so it appears to be still running. I didn't bother to read it but such coverage gives the 'project' some credibility unfortunately.

You are reading it wrong and out of context, not sure why they felt they had to add the whole inventor departure emphasis in that phrase but because on how ambiguous English can be it can be miss interpreted
