Headers? Not bigass BGA packages or something really complicated -

Yeah man... as c4757p said, just open the Pattern Editor make the footprint, then open the component editor and make the schematic symbol and finally attach the footprint to the component...
if you don't know how to do it then check Diptrace's tutorial on page 91
