[SOLVED] Net is connected but displays "missing connection" lines

As you see (by the blue stuff), the parts are connected by a copper trace, but it shows those blue-ish lines which normally say that stuff isn't connected. Is that a bug or did I do something wrong? Yes, the traces are so big intentionally, some of them are for signals, others are for high current

EDIT: OK, was wrong, seems like there were two tiny grey boxes which signalized, that the traces are NOT connected >.<
