Do not know about "quantum vacuum fields", but this web site certainly harvested energy from my tablet, which was crawling trying to navigate these pages of shit  :D

Where is the third dimension?  ::)
I asked my ChatGPT friend what length a gizmo with this cross-section would have in order for its material's density be similar to known materials. The answer was the gizmo should be 72mm (2.84 inch) long, in order for its mass to be 1.44 ounces (close to osmium or iridium).  :-DD
Does not look a "chip" to me, LoL

The Casimir force is a FORCE(believe it or not!) and a very weak one at that. To produce energy a force has to be moved- a force on it's own cannot produce energy. Force and energy are frequently confused in both dubious advertising and the free energy/overunity nutjob scene.

Shush. You don't want to disturb the Flat-landers living on the zero point energy.

The Casimir generator will power the newest 2nm Prodigy chip from Tachyum..
So the AI datacenters will not need any electricity from outside..

"10 out of 10 on the bullshit meter"

I would agree the video you posted is bs.

First, if the claim is true this tech is really no different than a PN junction found in every diode or solar cell. Not perpetual motion as the video falsely claims however I like how she sensationalized the tech and was begging for money near the end. Please send money because this bs video I just made in 20 minutes with AI cost money even though she probably made over $4K off it. It's just a different pile of the same old bs, imo.
