Government agencies "want to ensure the people who have clearances don’t violate rules and regulations," Andrew Bakaj, a former CIA official and lawyer who works on security clearances, told the Times. "If you don’t self-report, the question becomes: ‘Why didn’t you? And what are you trying to hide?'"

did people like jeff bezos and bill gates do their reporting ?  :-DD  :-//

The story I gathered,  short version,  is that there are people scared shitless,  that various inquiries may turn up crimes,...real crimes,  and they know it.
That's a short answer,  but there is a lot of bulk in an explanation.

What I should say, before exiting this, is that much of the above answer is of things I only had access to recently...that being a small handful of television stations that were added to our package.

Liz Cheney,  is in the start of some big turnaround forces,  but the drama is barely started.

I do know,  that there is a miscarriage in the list, of potential harm that took place, over the last few years.  Women know,  that's a big one, being the child-bearing side of our culture.

Can't go much further,  without consensus of a bunch of members.
