Just found this on Doncaster Cables website. It says 84 strands at 0.283mm but the next column says 0.3mm!

No, they list the strand diameter as 0.283mm, and the overall conductor diameter as 3.02mm.

IMHO, the take away here is, if you are going to buy drums of solar cable , make sure you test a sample before parting with your cash, If a decent length is available, say 100m, 500m the a 4 point resistance measurement is what industry does (but you need a quality meter with a precalibration made beforehand) :popcorn:
