It's not my team, it's also not my developer vacancy. I'm not affiliated to Cadsoft or Farnell.
I don't have any business with Cadsoft apart from that we are using their software for electronics development.
As far as I know, Eagle isn't written with delphi. It's written in C++ and it uses Qt for the GUI.
That's why it's fast and lightweight and runs on different platforms.
You should direct your questions to Cadsoft or ask in the official Cadsoft forum:

Hello.
I'm sorry. I did think you were part of CadSoft/Farnell or some kind of astroturfing stunt. I did see too many shit that I became paranoid.
The software is lightweight, I like that. Unfortunately, it's becoming expensive in comparison with competition and has many long time unresolved quirks for being a relatively expensive software.
It's the better thing in it's range these days, but that can change very soon and I think one more junior developer doesn't solve things. Anyway, it's their business.
But what is making me dislike Eagle now more than ever is their new insane always online DRM, another shit I hate of big brothers such as CircuitMaker. The Altium licensing event is PITA too, they only about legal users because warez versions ironically are less painful to use (this happens a lot in PC games)
