Drill chart Hole Tolerance

Hi the drill chart is missing the hole tolerance and I'm unsure what tolerance to use.
The hole diameters range from 12 to 40 mils.

Is there a standard hole tolerances to use?
If a hole size is 25mils can it's tolerance be specified as -0 +7mil
