but support for Eagle ended this month.
I’ve switched to KiCad.

It's probably only a matter of time before a patch is created to upgrade it to the Pro version.

9.6.2 is the final version of Eagle, and of course it's not from CADSoft, there was a Fusion 360 button.

What does it mean "without the autodesk modify"?

I think autodesk technical support team will be able to give the right guideline in this regard.
