Gold Phoenix PCB manufacturer (bye BEC)

I had been using BEC Manufacturing for PCBs for 25+yrs, but it seems that have now totally split up, and completely moved out of QLD.
Several attempts over the last 6 months have all sorts of odd responses (random gmail addresses, skype only contact etc) with no resolution or answers.
I have to accept that they're GONE .. bugger :-)
So I researched all the recommendations here and chose Gold Phoenix as the BEST FIT for ME. All good so far.
I sent them a gerber file and introduction Wed late pm, and haven't heard a word from them ! To users of their service, is that normal? should I try again?
Is there a preferred email addy? They may seem like dumb questions, but I thought I'd better check before deciding on a new PCB supplier.

BEC had closed their Brendale factory quite some years ago and moved to China.

They had a sales person taking phone orders. Stillprobably do.
