PCB paristic capacitance

Hello, given the pcb shown below, how do i know from the route from 1 to 2 what parasitic capacitance i will get into the input of the opamp located at point 2?

You may a) calculate that (you have got all the data needed), or, b) your PCB design tool tells you that.
a) is a quite difficult exercise, b) would cost you an arm and a leg..

What is the solution for (b) ? an EM solver or something else

Does the PCB have two layers ?
