ASUS "PC Diag Card" (On/Off, Reset, 2 x 7-segm. LED) Usable for anything else?

When scrapping a 13 years old ASUS MB (Incompatible/No drivers, etc), I salvaged the small Diagnostic card that once came with the board. During POST and board initialization, the 7-segment display walks through a number of Hex-codes and eventually, the board loads the O/S.

I have noticed that the connector seems to have the same size as the TPM connector used on other brands, servers or workstations.

May it be that this little board can perform similar functions in a non-ASUS computer albeit not displaying identicalk Hex-codes during POST?
