Dual boot Issues

Hi here,

I have a debian and windows10 dual boot. Stuff happend:( My debian is booting fine on grub2. My windows 10 is not. I want to use a repair usb so to repair my windows OS. How can I ensure that a repair disc tries to repair my windows partition, without wiping or destroying my debian. Can someone please suggest some option I could try, or the safest option. My efi prtition is likey corrupted? The actual win partition on sda3 is still safe at the moment.
 Any help or advice will be appreciated greatly!

Not a simple answer..

In reality best thing is keeping efi just for MS

UNIX does not requires efi at all

It can boot better with other tools.

But that trick is getting harder every step the big corp take to lock x86

Why not just shove in an extra SSD?

Then you also don't have to mess with bootloaders, as the UEFI / BIOS usually has some key combination to bring up a boot menu or switch boot media.
