Does anyone use this program?

I've used it for years and something happened, so I was forced to reinstall it. During the install, I get an error: Can't Install Printer Driver code 1797

I've looked through Google and followed various suggestions, but nothing seems to work. Does anyone have experience with this error and how to get around it?

This is being installed on an XP machine, and I've even tried installing the older version that I use on other XP machines (5.1.0.2) without success.
