video card not work

Please help me, I bought a new video card for the PC, installed it, turned on the PC and when I started playing after a few minutes it stopped working there is no video, when I had an R7 360 sometimes it stopped giving video so I put it back and the video came back but this new card is a Zotac GTX 1650, my PC config is Antec HCG 520 source, third generation i5, 8gb of ddr3 ram, gigabyte motherboard GA-H61M-DS2 rev 1.0 what I found strange is that in the contacts of the board I saw this detail but I don't know if this is related to the problem, I put isopropyl and rubber and clean the contact and it didn't remove it

A lot ca be bad...

First question with these several watts cards is about the psu.. if the psu is shitty the pc will just go adhoc

Second is having all sort of bench equip to duplicate symptoms with different hardware...

Single rail 12v PFC type...

it should be able to deal with R7 or low end GTX  but..

I think these boards are all PCI based (no power cons) so all power goes via MOBO.

Try using your board with same settings using the EMBED VIDEO
GA-61  can output the Intel HD video  right?

If the board can be used with IGPU .. probably the power draw over PCI is causing some weird issue... OR... the card has some  solder issues when hot...

Check bios settings and if this psu can really sustain the power with these settings

Consider that you may have just gotten a bad card. You say it was bought new, so contact the seller, explain the problem and negotiate some kind of acceptable settlement. They should just simply replace the defective item.

i would go with that possibility  *IF* the card fails on any other MOBO...

As long as it works with other system...
and the MOBO has a working IGPU.....

other options should be on the table...

Does the bios show if the power supply is supplying correct power to the video card?

No..  never..

You need some external devices to measure this.. not simple

Externally you can even use these "AC Power meters adapters"
to check dynamic outlet power draw...


But with GPU  the bottom line is way below this..
GPUs  put surges and spikes  on the PSU..

They are very fast and can cause the REGULATION TO FAIL
and a fast drop fo the voltage which is hard to see with common instruments..
but the CPU may reset or even halt on some of these drops..

Oversizing PSUs was ever a simple but expensive and unreliable solution

Crypto-mining setups  use 2 or 3 PSUs  one for each GPU to avoid resets on HIGH current spikes..

Ultimately you can not see this surges  (i posted a very good explanation from IGORs LAB about this.. somewhere... )  unless using complicated measures...

The BIOS can only setup simple things like turning OFF iGPU (less power draw)
Under clocking the GPU... less power draw..

But this is not solution..  you need power +a separate connector..
get rid of the PCI lanes 75W limits....
a power hungry PSU...

GPUs as of today are insane power devices..

You need to compare the best affordable solution..
**IF** your card is working but you have lack of power for it..

but...
if the card is bad with  thermal bga problems
they will manifest on other mobos...
