hello
I'm using Proteus for designing my own circuits using toner transfer method the problem is when i place pin header or ic bracket when i print the circuit into a paper the dimensions is not the same i double checked my circuit pin header dimensions its 2.54mm and the pin header I'm trying to use is is same dimensions. however, when i print the the circuit into a paper the same problem exists
any help will be appreciated
What version of Proteus are you using?
Give a bit more detail - when you say the printed dimensions are not the same, how are they not the same? Too big or small, and how much bigger or smaller?

I'm using Proteus 8.9
yes the printed dimensions is little bit smaller than the real dimensions and it worsens when using large number of pin headers
Might be worth a look at your printer settings to make sure some sort of scaling isnt enabled also check you haven't selected a fit to page/width/height setting some were

Yep, that was my first thought too
But, looking at the photo, I don't think it's that - typically the result would be bigger (and, for most PCBs, much bigger). I wonder if it could be a grid issue, perhaps the holes being laid on a 2.5mm grid. Placing the holes manually would be tricky if snap-to-grid is enabled and a slightly wrong size used.
@abdallah kishk - I wonder if posting your project (or creating one that demonstrates the problem that you can post) might help. I'm on 8.6 so might not be able to open it, but someone else might. That would determine if it's the project or printer that's at issue.

👋
thanks for your replay i will try to see my printer options hopefully that will be the problem

ok i will try to upload a project demonstrating the problem hopefully someone help
Sorry, my version of Proteus refuses to open it.
Gotta say that's one of the nice things about Altium - a 13-year old version will open the latest stuff and tell you which bit it doesn't know about and can't handle, but nevertheless use what it can.
Edit: Have you tried asking on the Labcenter forum? From what I recall they are generally pretty OK support-wise.
