I am trying to send PMs individually. It appears that I cannot send more than two PMs in one minute. This will slow down progress.

Private messages went out to first 18 people on the original list at the beginning of this thread. Everybody be patient. This should go quickly.
VintageNut, just asking, the 18, are those sequential base on the request as 1st come 1st serve ?
Cause if you look from the requests, I'm the one who responded 1st (2nd post after your OP) while I'm not in your PM list. Mind clarify this ?

The PMs are going out slowly and I am slowly receiving responses.
The cut off will possibly be 42 participants due to the quantity of parts received.
If you are on the list of the first 42 participants, you can speed up the process by sending me a PM with the information in the below which is what I am sending out via private message
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hello from VintageNut in the USA
This private message is for the group buy of the 2DW232 reference Zener diodes that Zlymex purchased and tested for low noise.
Please send to me the following
1. Full Name
2. Shipping address including country
3. Phone Number
If your country requires special documents for customs, it is your respnosibility to acquire these documents. You must fill out these documents and email the documents to me.
The lowest cost shipping is USPS first class letter. There is no tracking with USPS first class letter.
More cost but with tracking will be USPS Priority.
Please let me know if you want to use USPS first class letter or USPS Priority.
I will reply with the cost for shipping the parts and instructions for payment.
best regards,
VintageNut

Hi VinatgeNut
Are you going to send to a single person in Germany and UK ?
There are 4 in Germany and 5 in the UK
I am OK with sending out to everyone, just thought it might be easier for you.
I think Alex Nikitin offered to sort out the UK distribution

If groups in a country want to elect a person to receive all the parts for the group you need to decide that among yourselves and let me know.
You may encounter a problem with customs as the value of the parts is USD$ 0.24 each. A batch of 50 parts may trigger customs fees whereas 10 pieces may not trigger a customs fee.
It is up to you people to talk among yourselves and decide.

I checked,
In Croatia cutoff for no tax and customs is 22 euro..
shipping from here to Eurozone is 2-3 euro...
I could easily receive for me and central Europe ( my neighbours in Germany and Italy, that is 5-6 people) so that is half the list..
Someone would have to take care of other half..
Could everybody check so we can see if we can organize group shipment...
If you agree, than we can confirm with VintageNut..
Please let me know.
Best regards,
Siniša

The threshold for the import VAT in the UK is £15 for sold goods (UK Pounds, so about $18) and £34 ($42) for a gift (which I suppose it is for these zeners). In either case $12 declared on the package is not a problem. If other members from the UK are OK with me re-posting their lots here, please let VintageNut and me know (and PM me your addresses). In any case I'll pay for a tracked delivery from the US.
Cheers

I suspect that it makes more sense for the UK to do the US->UK postage through one member (I say suspect because I haven't run the numbers). I'm happy to go this way.

I need exact details if a group wants me to send to one person in the group.
Please talk among yourselves, get organized and then tell me exactly how many people are in the group and who in the group is going to receive the parts.
Its ok to work out the details here in this thread.
As of now, I have exactly zero details about any group distribution.

Hi,
Yes, I've sent my details and received the addresses from three UK members. There is also Alan (alanambrose) from the UK though he is not in the first list and did not get a PM yet.

Alanambrose is on the list. Include him and let me know how many (10 pcs per person) to send to the UK. You will want to send via USPS Priority which includes tracking.

Thank you, that makes a total of 50 pcs to ship for five UK members, and yes, please use USPS Priority.

Some housekeeping
November 4th when ivaylo updated the list, that is the final list. 42 people are on that list. Everybody who added after that is on the waiting list.
I have on PM'd the first 18 people ( where my spreadsheet starts) to start getting shipping information organized. People who are not the first 18 are free to PM me with the information that I asked for earlier in the thread for shipping, phone, etc. I am creating a master list with all of the shipping information of all participants.
I will begin collecting shipping fees soon and start dropping the shipments at the post office.

Today i visited the USPS office to discuss shipping options. I also purchased 40 padded envelopes.
The parts are too large for a "letter" envelope. The maximum thickness is 0.25 inches. The parts are larger than that.
So, the padded envelopes are charged the same as a very small and light package for first class postage.
It looks like many countries will be USD $13.50 for first class package rate.
USPS International Priority will be USD $33.95 for a Small Flat Rate Box.
I have begun sending PMs for shipping costs.

FYI, you can print your postage and customs forms with PayPal shipping:
http://www.paypal.com/shipnowThere's only a modest savings, but maybe it will pay for the envelopes.

OK, I've just paid to VintageNut for the USPS International Priority shipment to the UK. When the bits arrive, I'll mail these out First Class Recorded. I still need the address for Alanambrose (please PM me).

I presume you'll PM all of us on the UK list so that we can proportionately reimburse you.
